Through sound and intentional words, and guided through the spirit of the Goddess, you are led through an activation of your sacral chakra to the Sixth Ray.

The Ajna is the sixth chakra, the third eye chakra and radiates an indigo color. Ajna is a Sanskrit word that literally translates into ‘to perceive, to command’. To command is to creatively visualize and in turn create your reality. When your Ajna is perceiving clearly and commanding reality clearly it is in it’s highest form. The Ajna is where our intuition and intellect meet. In the words of one one of my favorite teachers, Harish Johari, 

“In the Ajna Chakra the yogi becomes a divine manifestation, embodying all of the elements in their purest form or essence. 

All external and internal changes cease to pose problems. The mind reaches a state of undifferentiated cosmic awareness. All duality ceases. The person evolved through the Ajna Chakra reveals the divine within and reflects divinity within others. 

In the anahata chakra one evolves through ananda (supreme blessedness in BEING, grace), and in the vishuddha, through chit (cosmic consciousness). 

In the ajna, one becomes sat (true or one with bliss). 

There is no observed and no observer. One attains the realization ‘I am that I am,'.

An awakened and empowered Ajna embodies sat-chit-ananda, or ‘being-consciousness-bliss.’”

I am your guide through this activation & attunement healing experience. I am a certified clinical hypnotherapist, a Reiki Master and I have been trained professionally in Integrated Energy Therapy, Angel Therapy, crystal healing and mediumship.

I started leading groups in chakra healings in 2005 and since then my practice has deepened and evolved. I have served hundreds of clients and have relished in my private practice and taught hundreds of students in small groups in person and online about how to integrate hypnotherapy, meditation, chakra healing, energy healing and crystals into a daily healing practice. I created a bestselling Chakra Healing Guided Meditation and Creative Visualization Program that helped thousands of people all over the world bring harmony back into their bodies, minds and spirits.

In 2013, after intensive work with my own spiritual guides, I experienced a strong call to go deeper into my practice. This Chakra Activation & Attunement Series is the result of that calling. We attune together to Seven Sacred Rays of Light and breathe that light through our chakra centers to awaken our awareness of the divinity within. This process is transformational in every way, I often describe it like a deep cleaning of your physical home.
