In this portal you will learn about the crystalline lightbody and begin your practice working with this powerful healing energy as you prepare to embark on your journey as a Master Being of Love and Light!

STEP I

PRACTICE: Introduce yourself and share a picture of your altar in our Discussion Group!


STEP II

READ: Download Chakra Healing for Transcendent Health and read the assigned reading for the week.


STEP III

HEAL: Create a plan for your daily healing practice. The healing calendar leads you through a daily exercise. This exercise is 10-90 minutes long. Plan for this extra healing time daily and begin following the calendar and using the audio in this portal.
